At the gateway to the City of Prescott, Touchmark at the Ranch offers Seniors a unique Full Life opportunity. Offering independent assisted and memory care all in one convenient location.
The Challenge
Developing Touchmark at the Ranch presented a unique set of challenges. We needed to create a flat building site on top of mountainous terrain. Serving the senior community, Touchmark at the Ranch required strict adherence to the American with Disabilities guidelines.
Our Approach
- Accessibility through Design: We developed a functional site that provided total mobility for all senior residents.
- Infrastructure Design: Our team designed water, sewer, drainage, and roadway systems that meet City of Prescott requirements.
- Stormwater Management: We developed a stormwater system that captures and filters 100% of the stormwater runoff, with metered release to the existing system.
- Recreational Amenities:
The plan included pickleball, outdoor entertainment, and other lifestyle amenities to enhance residents' quality of life.
